Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est le document valid\u00e9 par le Conseil d&rsquo;Administration de l&rsquo;association qui d\u00e9finit le cadre des relations susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre formalis\u00e9es avec des entreprises priv\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Cette charte a pour but de garantir la coh\u00e9rence des valeurs d\u00e9fendues par Nature &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec tout\u00a0 projet men\u00e9 avec une ou des entreprises priv\u00e9es, en particulier d\u00e8s lors que des enjeux financiers seraient engag\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Pour Nature &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e9tablir un partenariat avec une entreprise priv\u00e9e doit r\u00e9pondre aux objectifs suivants :<\/p><ul><li>D\u00e9velopper le dialogue entre entreprises et associations environnementales.<\/li><li>Engager les entreprises partenaires dans la transition \u00e9cologique par le biais d&rsquo;actions concr\u00e8tes en faveur de l\u2019environnement.<\/li><li>Aboutir \u00e0 des positions concert\u00e9es permettant des avanc\u00e9es environnementales accept\u00e9es par les diff\u00e9rentes parties.<\/li><\/ul><p>Un partenariat entre Nature &amp; Le soutien financier est alors vers\u00e9 sous forme de dons et n\u2019engage ni Nature &amp; Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ni l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 aucune contrepartie, hormis la publicit\u00e9 du
